Present Role:

Leading, Directing, Controlling and Managing Technical Team & Works of entire Eurocement Holding (largest Cement Manufacturing Company of Russia – 60 Million Ton / Annum capacity - 16 Plants at different locations) to achieve Highest Level of Safety & Environmental Standards, Best Operational Performance and Efficiency at Lowest Cost.

Directing & Controlling Implementation of cost saving techniques / measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in O &M expenditures and work within the budget.

Significant Achievements:

In Indocement:

Successful Implementation of Maintenance Improvement Plan (MIP) and Maintenance Management System for entire Indocement Group.

Monitoring plants performance and guiding/advising for improvement, as a Senior Maintenance Manager /Technical Head to Technical Department of 12 units (3 plant locations) with around 1500 employees of Indocement Group, Jakarta, Indonesia. Directly reporting to Technical Director (Board Member) of Indocement.

Managed the predictive & preventive maintenance program and drove continuous line improvement by taking action on implementing in time inspection, proper advance planning, timely execution and analysis steps

Improved manufacturing processes by introducing & implementing HC Group CIP Concept, thereby resulting in 15% cost-reduction and quality enhancement

Reduced downtime by 30% by Implementing Reliability Concept and HC Group MIP Plan, monitored inventory, spare parts & consumables
