4.ADMINISTRATION ROLE:-Looking after all administrative day to day work of the Plant likes as Electricity,Water,Plumbing work, all work related to security of the Company’s & Employees. House Keeping of entire premises, warehouse, Gardening & guest house. Arrangement of food, crockery, tea, snakes, hygiene, looking after company vehicles- Registration, Insurance, PUC, Servicing & others records. Maintenance of entire office/building, furniture any other equipment as per requirement. Vendor’s Selection, Maintenance of office equipments, AMC like ACs, Computer/laptop, printers, ETP, STP & Fire fighting equipments etc.To control misuse or damage of fuel, chemical, electricity, air, water & any other properties of the company’s.

5.HEALTH,SEFETY& SECURITY ROLE:-To Monitoring & Maintenance of all safety & security equipments Security System, Cameras, Sensors, Smoke detectors, all work of related to employees for their health & safety. Pest control Fire hydrant, firefighting equipment, PPE Equipment, STP, ETP’s their testing as per requirements of Legal & Buyer’s. Take the Interview& monitoring all documents of security personnel before deputing on their post. To organize training of Health & Safety, Fire Fighting, Fire drill, Mock drill, Blood donation camp, health check-up camp. Give the training for using of all PPE’s during the working Hrs. for safe & healthy working environment and also motivate with the training for Machine safety, self safety, road safety & public place safety also.
