Manage drilling crews in setting up and operating power units, draw works and other drilling equipment. Plan delivery of drilling tools, fuel, water, and other supplies for use at drill sites. Order drilling bits to be used, according to type of formation anticipated. Rig Manager – H & P Drilling February 2012– January 2016

Monitored the well condition at all times (i.e. depth, mud weight, weight on bit. Maintained a clean, tidy and hazard free condition on the rig and location. Operated all equipment at the Driller's console in a safe manner. Supervised and directed operations in the picking up or laying down of tubular and all drilling related equipment. Recognize and respond to downhole conditions. Performed drilling related operations such as directional drilling, running and cementing casing strings, working stuck pipe, coring, fishing, assisting in wireline logging, well testing, and other special operations. Maintained accurate record of tubular and tool dimensions (i.e. internal and external diameter, fish neck, and serial numbers). Ensured the solid control equipment and mud mixing operations are being monitored continuously. Informed Toolpusher and Client Representative if a deviation from planned operation occurs. Kept accurate records of fluid displacement when tubulars are run in/pulled out of hole. Filled out the IADC daily drilling report at the end of each tour. Held pre-job meeting with the drilling crew for all non-routine drilling operations. Secured the well during an emergency or well control situation – fill out kill sheet, assist in the well killing operations. Supervised the lubrication and maintenance of all drilling and associated equipment and ensure it is carried out in accordance to the Preventive Maintenance System. Maintained equipment files, drilling logs and records - perform all technical calculations required to carry out drilling operations.
