I am an impact operator with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the restaurant and food and beverage industries. Having built one of the most successful seafood restaurant chains in North America, my goal has always been and continues to be a disruptive force in the industry while providing the utmost in excellence to my customer base. Labor and facilities management were sub par, virtually every piece of equipment needed replacement. I changed purchasing standards to only fresh items both foods and more importantly craft beer that had originally established the brand. Established a vibrant catering piece to the business. Created innovative partnerships with local universities and businesses. Reformatted social media presence. Cut the menu redundancy and reset and redefined each unit.
