I am an impact operator with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the restaurant and food and beverage industries. Took over a restaurant group with diminished goodwill and tired facilities. Prior ownership had stripped most of the value from the business. Labor and facilities management were sub par, virtually every piece of equipment needed replacement. I changed purchasing standards to only fresh items both foods and more importantly craft beer that had originally established the brand. Established a vibrant catering piece to the business. Created innovative partnerships with local universities and businesses. Reformatted social media presence. Cut the menu redundancy and reset and redefined each unit.
