Manage the employees’ probation period in coordination with direct manager. Manage and handle the employees’ files according to the approved system. Prepare and review the monthly payroll and send the same to Accounting Department for transfer. Prepare and issue the employment certificates based on the staff requests. Manage the leaves system of all types in line with Private Sector Labor Law and the applicable policies and procedures.
