PROJECT

Peer to Peer server Application

• Using socket-based programming, created an application for downloading files from a local network using TCP

• Client register socket location to the server to download and file name

• Server listens to multiple clients at the same time through the usage of python multiprocessing API

• Client connects to other clients through socket and downloads the file

Jarknoid

• Using Java swing, key listener and mouse listener, made a game of Jarkanoid (block breaker) game

• Has sound, animation and 7 types of powerup

8-bit Adder

• Using system C, created a carry propagate adder and carry save adder components

• Mapped the components together in top level entity to create 8-bit adder and tested all functional cases using gtkwave

IP Cores Interface With FPGA

• Using the 5CSEMA5F31C6 and the altera-based ip core, used adder component and Avalon memory mapped

slave interface to communicate with board via JTAG

• Using QSystem and Yocto Linux, ran adder and multiplier core on hard processor system
