PROJECTS

● ShadeBound: Is a *D side scrolling game where the main character is a shadow creature

which is trapped inside the book. To free it from the curse players must solve the puzzle by pulling tabs and constructing platform for the creatures to walk on.

● It was an Abertay University Professional project, there were 7 team members who worked on it. And I contributed as a programmer and worked on gameplay aspect for the game and features like camera movement and UI programming.

● Death Run: It’s a third person car combat with zombie game where your main objective is to beat the high score by destroying more zombies in different ways by using different tools attach on the car to destroy them.

● There were six members who worked on this game and it was made in Unity. I was the Gameplay and Sound Programmer in the Team.

● Galaxy Rig: Galaxy Rig is a two-player game (two controllers are required to play). follows two space-ship repairmen trying to keep their spaceship flying in the face of enemy ships and asteroids. The ship has several modules: shield, missile factory, and engine. When these modules take damage functions of the ship become severely dampened or entire non- functional.

● It was a 5-member team and was responsible for the enemy behavior and shooting mechanics for the game.

● Waveform: It’s a puzzle game made for kids where your main objective is to use the right platform which helps the character to move forward.

● It was a project which I made during Global Game Jam with one of my friend and we had 48 hours to make this game, he was the designer and artist for this project and I was the gameplay programmer, it was made using Construct 2 game engine. We published this game on Itch.io.

● I am from India and passionate about Video Games from childhood and this passion helped me to join VFS and study Programming over there.

● After receiving the diploma from there I want to learn about games programming that’s why I pursued to join Abertay University and honed my skills. I really like the programming aspects of the Games and that’s why I am interested to work as Gameplay Programmer.

● Honours Project: The honours project which I am working on is in the field of networking. For that I am researching about Rollback Netcode which is mainly used for fighting games. For the project I am implementing Rollback Netcode to a platformer game and evaluating how the Netcode improves the networking experience for the genre.

● The project is still in early development and it will be developed in Unity using .Net sockets for networking, would be peer to peer and GGPO will be implemented for Unity which will be based on the open source C++ GGPO. The project will be fully developed by the August.

EDUCATION

● 2018 TO 2020: BSC FROM ABERTAY IN COMPUTER GAMES APPLICATION AND DEVELOPMENT.

● 2017 TO 2018: DIPLOMA FROM VANCOUVER FILM SCHOOL IN PROGRAMMING FOR GAMES, WEB AND MOBILE.

● 2016 TO 2017: STUDIED GAME DESIGN FOR 1 YEAR FROM DSK. TECHNICAL SKILLS

● High proficiency in programming languages C, C++, C#.

● Graphics programming using DirectX 11 and shader programming using HLSL.

● Experience using Unity and Unreal Game engines.

● Experience with PS Vita Console Development.

● Experience with using Source Controls like Perforce, GitHub. SOFT SKILLS

● Excellent communication and team working skills built during the two-year University team experience wherein the project role required constant interaction with team members.

● Experienced working under pressure and on short deadlines evident in development projects with deliverables involved.

INTERESTS

● Keen interest in playing Video games with friends online mainly First-person shooter games like CSGO, Destiny.

● Enjoy listening to different genre of music.

● Enjoy playing football, have competed in competitions for the latter in school.

● Enjoy hiking with people.
