• (From 20th Aug 2019 to till date) Job designation –Assistant Manager – Client Advisory Group corporate solutions group. Division – Employee benefits Location – Mumbai Regional Operations Team. (EB Claims, Monthly Mis, weekly Mis, Master Data, CD Statement, Review on Data, Reconciliation, Working on Renewals Data).

R eporting to Bharat Singh Sr Vice President– Mumbai Region.

• Full Time Mediclaim Help Desk experience at the client location ‘’ Big Mumbai Industries ‘’ corporates.

• To ensure best Services to the client handled, attending introduction meeting once policy is renewed or newly placed with us. Leveraging on the relationship with corporate and focusing on renewals.

• Handling queries via mail and phone for the respective corporate. Replying to queries in the defined TAT i.e., within 24 hrs form receipt of the query.

• To forward reimbursement claims of the corporates to the respective TPA for processing.

• Maintaining Claim Tracker for claim and Endorsement Tracker for endorsements data received and sent for processing.

• Generating weekly MIS and pushing the pending claim and sending it to clients in the format defined. MIS-Accurate & timely presentation of data as per business needs.

• Visit to insurer and TPA if required or in some case of pendency’s. Policy performance tracking and client updation.

• Enrollment data (addition deletion data) received from client to be sent to insurer for endorsement or to the Enrollment Team a monthly activity. Addition / Deletion data sent to the insurer for GMC, GPA, and GTL policy twice in monthly.

• Report of pending claims, endorsement pending, MIS sent (clubbed together for all your corporates) should be shared with respective reporting manager.

• Updating SAIBA on policy renewed, endorsement retrieve, and endorsement awaited in the respective month.

• Interactions with Client, processing in order of their claim, confirming work status on regular basis, in case of any critical queries, coordinating with the DO person of that policy.

• Reviewing the claim document through claim portal on request for IR documents or Deductions.

• Proper labelling along with Cover pages for identification of files.

• Analysis on the data which client required as comparison.

• Follow-up with the TPA for claim approval, cashless etc.

• Reconciliation of the date as per requirement.

• Marine claims documentations.

• Asking for the renewal notice from the insurance company toward Motor Policy.

• Data cross checking such as Master data, Reconciliation during renewals.

Howden Insurance broker:

• Handling corporates customers and maintaining excellent relationship with them.

• Claim management which involves quick resolution of claims to clients, based on relationship with insurers and TPA.
