Providing SAP SD Expert support by handling all priority tickets in line with the SLA timelines set by the client.

Providing timely responses to all client requests, including on-call support outside normal business hours

Handling tickets on day-to-day basis and personal ownership in delivery in terms of quality, timeline and estimate.
