Title: Manufacturing of a critical component (LOCK NUT) using CNC Turn Mill Centre

Description: This process involves a selection of machine tool step-wise operation, CNC program, tools and inspection methodology.

The First Stage is process plan for identifying the required operations and sequences as per drawing requirements.

The Second Stage involves identification of machine tools and machining parameters.

The Third Stage involves material status at every stage.

The Final Stage inspection plan of product with suitable inspection method.

Major project:

Title: Fabrication of e-bicycle

Description: Our project “The e-Bike “is a combination of the standard geared bicycle with an electric power motor cum alternator that would assist the rider throughout his journey. The system is modified in such a way that the rider can make choice of which mode he prefers i.e. he can either choose the bicycle to be driven completely with the electric motor or he can choose it to be driven manually by himself.
