Originally meant to set up new warehouse from empty facility of 50 000 sqft, due to hurricane and devastation all refrigeration components were damaged so we rented the building to Samaritans Purse and Convoy of Hope (International non-government organizations) to maintain the revenue/income, I was first point of contact and support.
