Some of the position’s responsibilities :

Coordinate with warehouse team and ensure on time delivery and error free delivery to customers.

Provide administrative assistance to SCM Officers particularly related to Shipping Documents and deliveries.

Receive courier shipments/check and generate the delivery notes and dispatch to customer.

Time to time visit to warehouse to ensure quality level is maintained.

Available at the time of shipment arrival for opening the container seal.

Provide invoices to customers by email as soon as goods are delivered.

Responsible for maintaining records for all in and out transactions for the orders.

Coordinate shipments with forwarders/clearing agents and warehouse.

Follow-ups on shipments clearance /Documentation / Customs Duty payments.

Arrange shipments delivery per customer requirement.

Follow up Customer complaints, queries and delivery deviations.

Timely handover of shipping documents/authorizations to clearing agent.

Maintain delivery records and KPI for the third-party company performance.

Record keeping for all the deliveries/shipments.

Ensure department quality folder is updated and maintained.
