• Designed a chamber using Catia V5 and fabricated it, which sipped in the impure lethal air comprising of smog and other hazardous gases using an Electric Duct Fan.
• Used ionization process and a HEPA charcoal filter to absorb the carbon monoxide, purifying the air further by reducing the Carbon Monoxide content by 0.064%.
Suspension Tuning for a Sports and a Luxury Vehicle Dec 2018
• Obtained a graph for road profile by designing a mathematical model and simulating the suspension system for a Nissan GTR using MATLAB & SIMULINK.
• Tuned the suspension system for an aggressive sports car and a comfortable luxury car accordingly by benchmarking the parameters related to spring and damper. Analysis of Exhaust Manifold May 2020
• Improved the geometry of two exhaust manifold designs with four and two inlets each in ANSYS Design Modeler to obtain a better quality of mesh with a skewness of 0.8399 and an orthogonal quality of 0.1194.
• Calculated the pressure drop, temperature drop, heat transfer by obtaining convergence in ANSYS FLUENT for both designs at all the inlets respectively.
