PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

From Sep. 2008 - Feb.2009 In-Plant Experience in ACC wadi cement works(packing plant), Wadi (Karnataka) as an Electrical & Instrumentation Trainee.

From Apr.2009 - April.2011 on the job insentive training at ACC Bargarh cement works (2*15 coal based thermal captive power plant) as an Electrical & Instrument Technician, Bargarh(odisha) in which 1st year (Apr.2009-Apr.2010) worked for commissioning project work of 15*2 MW Thermal capative power plant

From April 2011 - Jan 2015 worked as full Grade E&I Technician at Bargarh cement works 2*15 Coal Based Thermal Captive Power Plant looking after operation & maintenance of Electrical & Instrument Equipment.

In Jan.2015 Transfered to ACC THONDEBHAVI CEMENT WORKS (KARNATAKA)

FROM Jan.2015 to present working with ACC THONDEBHAVI CEMENT WORKS (KARNATAKA) as an E&I Technician and looking after VRM (250 TPH) PACKING PLANT (240 TPH *2) AND WAGON TIPPLER (150 TOn capacity)

ROLES RESPONSIBILITES IN 2*15 COAL BASED CAPTIVE POWER PLANT

HT/LT motors: Monitoring of motors and switchgear side terminals by infrared temp. scanner proved useful to detect any overheating in terminals monitoring is done quarterly and accordingly maintenance is being carried out throughout the year. Defect maintenance of the HT/LT motor. Spare motors are available and replaced, work is done as per importance and stand by capacity, such that generation is not affected.

Protection Relays for Generating plants, its Auxiliaries and Switchyards: There are many protection relays for Generating units C, D, E &F stations, its auxiliary systems, Coal Handling Plant, and both switchyards out going circuits.

Main plant equipments:. Boiler house, turbine house, CWP house, Cooling Tower Fan, DM plant.

Generator & AVR: Generator and associated power carrying and measuring equipments. Comprises generator stator, rotor, terminal bushings, flexible jumpers, neutral and phase ducts, 11 KV CTs, neutral transformers, PT cubicles and associated power and control cables - Annual maintenance.

Lighting and other power supply: Day to day maintenance of lighting installation of the plant, guest house, office building, bunker house and conveyors, DM plants, CWP house, clear well pump house. Lighting maintenance comprises various types of luminaries spread through out the plant, all types of the plug points including industrial plug point.

Working on all types of LT switchgear, MCC, PCC Control panels, LT ACB's (Make L&T, Siemens, Crompton Greaves).

Working on all types of HT Switchgear & HT Breakers SF6, OCB & Vacuum, (Make L&T, Siemens, Crompton Greaves, ABB).

Working on all types of AC and DC motors and VFD drives, (Eurotherm, TB Woods, Siemens, ABB ).

Working on LT, HT & Generator controls Panels & Protection Relays..

Maintenance of Turbo Generator Up to 18.7MVA (make BHEL)

Maintenance of DG Set,H.T. & L.T Switchgears, Power & Control Panels in Main plant, Coal plant, Ash Handling System, Water Supply System., Generator & AVR, HT/LT motors, Coal Handling Plant.

Plant re-commissioning after outages, thorough knowledge of electrical protection systems.

Strong exposure in Maintenance and trouble shooting of all types of transformers, Motors, Switch gears, DC Sytems, UPS in power plant.

Modification works for substantial savings achieved in order to provide a continuously improved PLF as well as maximum availability of uninterrupted power export to state grid.

Attending Minor and Major Maintenance Jobs.

Synchronization of TG's with Grid whenever required.

Power restoration during blackout condition.

Working on shift and atttending E&I problems independently of VRM PACKING PLANT AND WAGON TIPPLER

Also looking after plant operation work in shift duties

Carrying out maintenance and trouble shooting work of Weigh Feeder, Pfister,Vfd panels,Wagon tippler,Rotary packer,Truck loading machines,And various cement plant field related instruments such as capacitance level switch,radar level switch,metal detector, proximity switches,pull chord switches,pressure switches and transmitter,creating logics and modification works
