Incorporated in 1856, the company’s portfolio contains over 90 leading brands. Operations Platform Lead – Murfreesboro, TN July 2020 – Present Managed 24-hour operations of Yoplait packaging lines. The role entailed management of 45 operators across three shifts, 5 cross- functional salaried employees, and ownership of department safety, quality, business initiatives, resourcing, and system performance.

• Developed and deployed multi-level communication plan to better involve all three shifts in department initiatives and to improve employee development by including off-shift employees as owners for department projects

• Leveraged front line team input to restructure and streamline operations and maintenance scheduling, resulting in 10% equipment performance improvement and reduction in employee overtime

• Developed department metrics to be used in daily, weekly, and monthly cross-functional priority setting meetings

• Rapidly restructured department operations processes to accommodate COVID precautions and remote employees, reapplied to all other departments across the 1000 employee site Packaging Systems Engineer – Murfreesboro, TN August 2019 – July 2020 Led engineering support for Gogurt packaging lines. The role required the definition of department priorities, creation of 90-day improvement plans, management of daily support team action plans and analysis of team progress, as well as ownership of our longer- term department engineering initiatives and capital planning.

• Managed scope development, timeline, and execution of over 15 packaging trials, leading to $5M savings across our platform
