Classified 43 traffic lights using leNet architecture. Implemented using MSER algorithm to extract ROI.
Buoy detection
Used machine-learning techniques such as the Gaussian mixture models and 1D-Gaussians by implementing the EM algorithm for more optimization in detecting the buoys under water.
Advanced lane detection using computer vision
Using OpenCV undistorted and denoised the image. Detected the lanes and the turn prediction for the self-driving cars using Hough lines and histograms in the lane pixels.
AR Tag detection
Detected, tracked and decoded the AR tag number in the video dataset, based on the given encoding scheme in real time.
Contributed to the pipeline involving contour detection and perspective transform to extract the ROI.
Planning:

Implementation of Dijkstra and A* algorithm on point and rigid robots in the obstacle space
The implementation of the algorithms gives us the optimal path and portrays the shortest distance to the required goal node of the Robots. I have used the minkowski sum and half planes method to hinder the robot from the Collison of robots.
RRT* Algorithm on Non-Holonomic car
Implemented RRT* for discretized space with moving obstacles and generated efficient path planning for robot.
