SAP Agile Scrum Board and ServiceNow Connector Product Owner Working in an agile environment to push out constant updates to CoreALM Production Platform and Several API Connectors between ServiceNow, Azure, and Jira. Including work with an international team of developers and business leaders on software updates, UI interface, and improvements to speed/functionality. Including the introduction of new Mobile Software in the effort to make an End-to-End Agile Development Solution. The constant challenge of an evolving environment and requirements were only met through vigilant teamwork and exemplary communication across teams from India, Europe, and North America. Highlighted Projects:

● Agile Scrum Board for SAP Solution Manager

o Providing a solution above Solution Manager allowing for Agile Project management within a browser-based tool, while utilizing the clear organization and single source of truth provided by SolMan Focused build.

o In conjunction with SCRUM Master developed the Epic, User Stories, Functional Test Cases for the team to verify and improve code development. o Worked on Dev, QA, Pre-Prop, and Production environments to push software through with minimum errors in short 2 week sprints.

● Jira Connector for SAP Solution Manager Focused Build o Worked with customers and their accounts to improve their user experience. Research and evaluate new information system technologies and software for implementation within various departments and divisions. Serve as the customer service liaison with the Information Technology Department, the Clerk of the Circuit Court's Office, and other County departments and outside agencies regarding procurement, implementation, and maintenance of various information management systems. ● O365 & Win 10 implementation

o Worked with Systems team to identify, test, and rollout windows 10 on physical as well as virtual devices across the county. From judicial to building inspections, and animal services. ● Building Inspector Mobile Office

Coordinated and led project planning meetings, set up end-user training requirements, and change management documentation ensuring 12 offices and 50+ remote workers were onboarded before the end of the quarter.

● SharePoint 2016 Migration
