I coordinate the sales and operations planning (S&OP) which mainly aligns the demand and supply processes by informing the business on the required investments for production to meet the demand. The business has for now the visibility on the stock position and all internal stock movements, delivering an informed and accurate S&OP process. Thus, I lead the process compliance and improvement across Africa operations.
