Digital Lighting Engineering & Design – Weston, Florida Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer (Oct 2018 - Present) Responsible for building a digital lighting and automated agricultural (& cannabis) business from the ground up.

Tasked with all capital raising activities. Also responsible for building the company infrastructure including directing all IT, accounting, human resource and day-to-day financial operations. Selected Contributions:

Interim Chief Financial Officer (Jan 2019 – May 2020) (Consulting assignment – Steven Douglas) Responsible for building all aspects of a CPG bottled water company from startup to revenue Tasked with building all company infrastructure; implementing ERP (NetSuite); hiring team; sourcing 3PLs; integrating third party service providers including 3PLs, EDI, Avalara, Woo Commerce, Amazon.
