• Leading significant risk mitigation for P&G in the area of Employee Data Privacy for a project that has very aggressive, no miss deadlines and is a top priority for NA President (1 level down for P&G’s CEO).

• Created an inventory of all the processing activities that include personal information, assessing the compliance of those processes against the law, and then if something isn’t compliant, remediating it against the relevant standards.

• Facilitated compliance activities for processing of personal data that involves over 20,000 employees and 33 US sites in partnership with Legal and IT colleagues; exceeded project goals and timing on critical milestones despite CoVID-19 challenges.

HR Manager, P&G, Charmin & Bounty Brands, Cincinnati, OH (2016- 2019)

• Strategic HRBP for three Vice Presidents in Engineering, Global Innovation and Purchasing; provided a full spectrum of both strategic and tactical People support to an organization of 500 employees.

• Received formal recognition from CHRO for influencing major change in the Tuition Reimbursement & Employee Education policy; policy changes have potential impact for 20,000 employees.

• Associate HR Manager for 4 Information Technology and 1 Communications Directors and their organizations (total of 850 global employees), advised on various management issues including staffing and succession planning.

• Drove implementation of P&G’s signature people processes across 5 client groups, focused on organizational performance and building managers of other capabilities, educated clients on compensation practices, performance management and career development.

• Appointed Initiative Deployment Leader for a new work and development system for 7000 employees, system was adopted by 100% of the employees within 12 months (year 1 target was 60-80% adoption).

• Partnered with the Communications lead team to design and implement a New Global Service that utilized Social Media platforms, staffed 50 employees from within the P&G talent pool, service scaled across all P&G brands.
