Refinery Process Samples: Process samples to analyze from CDU, VDU, FCCU, DHDT, VGO-HDT, DCU, NHT, CCR etc.

Parameters:-Find out the following chemical and physical parameters for Dispatch, Export oil and frequently checking the quality of Refinery Finished Products. These are Distillation, Kinetics’ Viscosity, Flash Point (Able, PMCC), Moisture, Color, Vapor pressure, Gum Content, Carbon Residue, Oxidation Stability, Acidity, Density, Smoke Point, Sulphur, Hydrogen Sulphide, Cloud Point, Pour Point, Freezing Point, BS & W, Mercaptans, Bromine No., Bromine Index, Total Acid No.(TAN), Copper Corrosion, Silver Corrosion, Florescent Indicator Absorption (FIA), Sulphur Test, Aniline Point, Doctor Test,HGI,GCV(bomb Calorimeter), Volatile Matters etc.

All samples are Analyzed As per ASTM, IP, UOP, ISO and BIS methods.

Water Analysis: -

Utility Samples:- Utilities Samples to analyze from Boilers, Furnace boilers, DM Plant, Effluent Treatment Plant, Sewerage Treatment Plant, Cooling Towers, Distillation and RO Plants in Processing Units, Fire Reservoir Pond Water, etc.

Process Samples: - Brine water, Boot water, Diesel Product Steam Generator and sour water.

Parameters: - pH, Conductivity, TDS, TSS, COD, BOD, Alkalinity, Chloride, Color, DO, Hardness, Hydrogen Sulphide, Iron, MLSS, MLVSS, Ammonia, Oil and Grease, Phenol, Phosphate, Silica, Sulphate, Sulphide, Turbidity, etc.

Preparing and standardizing Analytical Solution and reagents for testing.

LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System).

LIMS Version 5.6:- Based on oracle and Windows NT.

Total operation of LIMS: - Sample Logging, Results entry, validation the results, & Result data generation.

SAP based Laboratory Analysis result reporting.

Also involved in Calibration of Instruments, Standardization and generate product certificates.
