Business Performance

Objective- To operate and maintain Kawai TPP (2*660 MW super critical unit) with high operational reliability and efficiency

Currently working as a Unit Incharge for Main Plant-Operation department & Taking complete responsibilities for all activities in BTG & BOP area from 1st January 2020.

Worked as a shift in charge till 31/03/2019.

Worked as a Team Leader in operation & Efficiency department from 01/04/2019 to 31/12/2019.

Effectively Co-coordinated with all shift in charge & unit Controller for smooth operation.

Effective Coordination with operation & maintainace team members during emergencies arise in plant operations.

Adherence to approved operation KPI’s as station heat rate/APC/SOC/DM water consumption.

Lead the operation Team during 5S/IMS/Technical audits.

Taking the responsibility for smooth cold/warm/hot start-up, normal operation, emergency handling and shutdown of units.

Anchoring on-site erection & commissioning activities and ensuring completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the output.

Installation and commissioning of the heavy equipments as well as conducting tests & inspections to ensure operational effectiveness of plant & utilities.

Reviewing engineering drawings, layouts, diagrams, technical specifications, cost estimates for erection

& commission of the plant; reviewing & analyzing contractor's change order proposals & submittals.
