SUMMARY OF SKILLS
Administration
Updating daily status of personnel accommodation and makes sure rooms are occupied.
Organizing security & transportation for personnel whose are travel to & from airport.
Preparing Camp ID for Residence and Non-Residence personnel and make sure those belongs to the project.
Conducting camp induction and security induction for new arrival personnel.
Make sure on daily bases the status of housekeeping standard.
Preparing on daily bases updated camp list and send to project management.
Organizing camp fire Drills every completion of 30 days & makes sure all residents are aware of it.
Liaising with security chief and reporting if there is any kind of security failure in camp.
Coordinating with catering Dept. and makes sure they are maintaining the quality & hygiene of serving food.
Applying & issuing Gate pass for Gust who need to enter inside the camp and reporting site delivery notification to Site security chief.
Coordinate with maintains department for solve if any maintains issue in camp.
Ensure discipline and timings in recreation rooms.
Communication
Scrutinize the suggestions/complaints raised by the camp residents. Try and sort out if within the scope or project/follow up the problem with the management if required.
Conducting meeting with camp residents on every Friday regarding housekeeping /catering / Laundry / etc.
Interpersonal
Liaise with Personnel and Finance department during vacation/departure of the employee.
Conduct mess meetings involving management and employees to discuss the important issues directly with the management.
Advise management the areas that need attention and improvement.
