Regional Facilities Planner, Asia Pacific • Chevron Holdings, Inc. Oversees complex CVX Offices in Asia Pacific locations, namely Manila Shared Services Center (BPO), Chevron Philippines, Inc., Malampaya and Chevron Malaysia Limited for facility master planning, customer-supplier relationship management, project planning and execution and financial analysis.
Develops and updates the facility long-range master plans, which includes facility expansions, contractions and modifications to meet future space requirements. Meets objectives by optimizing efficiency and effectiveness of space utilization, providing for changing requirements on a timely basis and assuring consistency in general design and appearance.
Engages senior level business unit management for strategic planning requirements. Handled three-dimensional rendered perspective drawings and other presentation materials using various computer graphic programs such as AutoCAD, Studio Max, Photoshop, Corel Draw and Microsoft PowerPoint. Gave product presentations to designers and specifiers. Involved in developing sales forecasts and marketing strategies for existing and future client accounts and ongoing projects.
