Developed and implemented pricing formulas for all food vendors’ purchases totaling 600 million dollars in 2019.

Constructed and executed RFP’s on dairy and eggs vendors for all 1900 units that saved an annual $5.3 million dollars

Generated a measuring tool for estimating food cost for all 1900 units based on current food pricing.

Produced protocols for newly built unit’s costs relating to training, operating, and miscellaneous expenses.

Worked with senior leadership in perfecting major weather issue protocols used by Federal Emergency
