Developed and implemented pricing formulas for all food vendors’ purchases totaling 600 million dollars in 2019.
Constructed and executed RFP’s on dairy and eggs vendors for all 1900 units that saved an annual $5.3 million dollars
Generated a measuring tool for estimating food cost for all 1900 units based on current food pricing.
Implemented a forecasting tool of estimated food pricing for 3, 6, 9, and 12 months intervals that was used to create purchasing opportunities for both long term and short term food cost goals.

Created a payroll efficiency matrix to generate a more proficient and constant payroll percentage.
Implemented a payroll system that incorporated 35,000 associates and 175 million budget in 2016.

Worked with senior leadership in perfecting major weather issue protocols used by Federal Emergency
