Supplier Quality Engineer

Responsible for investigating, analyzing and correcting problems in quality, production and control plans with suppliers. Perform audits and implement new strategies at suppliers to meet global engineering standards and specifications. Assist in the training and development of new employees as well as annual training of current employees. Proficient at filling out 3 legged 5 whys to determine root cause and help in developing permanent corrective actions.
