Cruise Terminal 3 Construction Project Canaveral - Port Authority Port Canavaral, FL

Demolish 60,000 sq ft of Concrete deck, Land bridges, Mooring dolphins and Pile caps

Removal of +-900 each 18” and 24’’ concrete piling

Process/Recycle 18,000cy concrete

Install A-frame Tieback structure consisting of Battered 24’ x 120 ft Pipe pile and concrete

Install 1,300 ft Combi wall (54’’pipe/AZ19-700 sheets)

Place,4,500cy concrete Berth wall/cap, Gangway pads, Mooring dolphin and A-frame tieback footer

North Carolina State Port Authority Berth 8 Replacement, Wilmington, NC 2016-2018

Demolition of 136,000 sq. ft. (6,345cy) of concrete deck and outboard beams

Removal of 1,680 each 16’’ pile, Install 238 each 24’’ and 562 each 20’’ precast concrete pile

Place 1040cy of concrete for 2-way deck, Place 2598 cy of beam concrete, Set 312 each precast deck panels and 1040 cy of overlay slab

Installed 1950 ft. 100 and 50-gauge crane rail and 2600lf of railroad rail.

Fender system, Mooring Bollards, Curbing, Ship water vaults and Hurricane tie downs for new Container cranes.

Installed 850 lf of 8’’ water line with laterals for ship water.

NAVFAC-Mayport Naval Station Wharf Alpha Improvements, Jacksonville, FL 2009-2011

Design/Build Construction of 900 LF of new bulkhead, demolish existing electrical building, build new electrical building and related utilities and sitework. Bulkhead consists of sheet pile, anchors and concrete encapsulation cap.

FDOT - Sebastian River Bridge Replacement Project, Micco, FL (2008 - 2009)

Replacement of 4 lane bridge over San Sebastian River SR5/US1; demolition of existing bridges while construction of new single bridge. Install 200 ea 24’’ x 120ft concrete piling, 10 ea pile bent caps, 121 ea Type IV bridge beams, placement of concrete deck, slope revetment work, miscellaneous bridge utilities, concrete barrier rail and roadwork associated with bridge.

The Shipyards - Bulkhead and Pier Rehabilitation Project, Jacksonville, FL (2008)

Construction of new bulkhead at the existing shipyards along the St. Johns River basin.

AZ 26 sheet pile walls with 18’’ batter pipe pile supports, 48’’ pipe combi wall, 18’’ concrete piling with precast caps (cast on site) and precast slab units. Cantilever decks with cast in place beams and concrete slabs using structural falsework.

Liberty Terminal - Wharf Rehabilitation, Port of Savannah, GA (2007-2008)

Rehabilitation of 120,000 sf cargo facility, demolition of existing concrete deck, replaced 400ea 14’’ timber pile and associated framework, Realigned 1200ft riverfront with new construction, installed 186ea 18’’ concrete pile, 62 pile caps and 124ea 20ftx8ft precast deck panels and replaced 120,000sf concrete deck. Included new fender system, mooring bollards, ship water service vaults.

Walt Disney World – Demolition 20,000 leagues under the Sea/Construction of Pooh’s Landing, Orlando, FL

Florida Power and Light – Cooling Water Intake Structure

Construction of 40ft x 40ft Sheet pile coffer cell and trestle access bridge; install 12 ea 24’’ pipe pile, Hydraulic/Conventional dredge and seal slab; construct concrete structure for Intake pump systems.

Harbor Village Marina and Site Development – Palm Coast, FL

Built a 25-acre Marina and Access channel through 65-acre residential development; developed 65-acre site into builder ready lots; installed 6500 lf of sheet pile bulkhead with tieback anchor systems, caps and berth walls; installed double box culverts 120 ft long. Work also included conventional dredging- dragline 17,000 cy, excavation and fill 500,000 cy at marina, channel and residential site and installation of 3000 lf of shoreline revetment along Intracoastal Waterway.

Tampa Port Authority - Cruise Terminal Berth 259, Tamp, FL

Construct new ship berthing facility at Ybor channel including installation of 1200lf King pile wall – 24’’Hpile/AZ 27, Williams rod tie back system/sheet pile, concrete berth wall/cap, included drilling/blasting wall line, temporary coffer wall for existing berth wall. Also installed 300 ea 14’’ hollow concrete cylinder pile for terminal foundation.

Orange County Convention Center Phase IV – Orange County, FL

Infrastructure construction for convention center expansion included constructed pile caps and footer system, 72’’concrete columns, concrete main and secondary tunnel system and all associated earthwork to first floor subgrade. Approximate value: $35 million.

Walt Disney World – Castaway Cay Hurricane Floyd Repairs, Castaway Cay, Abaco, Bahamas

Reconstructed west side of island at ship berthing facilities. Installed 500 lf of 48’’ pipe pile/combiwall with concrete cap; replaced architectural concrete offloading concourse. Reworked existing wave break revetment and recover/reset submerged wave break structures. Earthwork related to recontouring west side of island. Placed all concrete from onsite batch plant with 1cy concrete sacks. Removed existing berth wall and installed new mooring dolphins. Installed new bollards and gangway attachments.

Morton Salt Dock Rehabilitation – Port Canaveral, FL

Rehabilitation of existing dock facilities including replacement of existing concrete decking, removal of 10’’ concrete deck which was placed on precast hollow deck members using high pressure hydroblast machines. Various repairs to mooring bollards, ladders, bulkhead and drainage systems.
