Performed the following duties for above position:

Operating rotating and static equipments for continuous production rate

Troubleshooting issues with production equipment and processes

Recording information, such as ingredients, their temperature, and inputting into database

Assisting in planning and improving processes and product quality

Observing all company, local, state, and federal safety, and quality regulations

Following life critical procedures i.e. permit to work system for any maintenance job

Preparing and recommending proposals to revise methods and procedures, alter workflows, redefine job functions and resolve organizational problems related to SOP of normal plant operation

Moving control settings to make necessary adjustments on equipment units affecting speeds of chemical reactions, quality, or yields

Working as a key team player to complete the production process

Drawing samples of products and conduct quality control tests to monitor processing and to ensure that standards are met

Assisting in implementing approved recommendations, issuing revised instructions and procedure manuals, and drafting other documentation

Meeting physical requirements of the position, including walking, standing, or sitting for extended periods, lifting heavy objects, climbing, crouching, operating tools, and wearing safety gear

The company is manufacture of petrochemicals including polyester, aromatics, purified terephthalic acid and polyethylene terephthalate.

Performed the following duties for above position:

Inspecting operating units, such as towers, soap-spray storage tanks, scrubbers, collectors, or driers to ensure that all are functioning and to maintain maximum efficiency

Getting Information — Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources

Patrolling work areas to ensure that solutions in tanks or troughs are not in danger of overflowing

Start-up and shutdown of pumps to wash and rinse reactor vessels, to exhaust gases or vapors, to regulate the flow of oil, steam, air, or perfume to towers, or to add products to converter or blending vessels

Turning ON/OFF valves to regulate flow of products or byproducts through agitator tanks, storage drums, or neutralizer tanks

Repairing and Maintaining Mechanical Equipment — Servicing, repairing, adjusting, and testing machines, devices, moving parts, and equipment that operate primarily based on mechanical (not electronic) principles

Notifying maintenance, stationary-engineering, or other auxiliary personnel to correct equipment malfunctions or to adjust power, steam, water, or air supplies

Repairing or replacing worn equipment components

Following permit to work system and LOTO system for line breaking and preparation of area for other maintenance job

Operating Vehicles, Mechanized Devices, or Equipment — Running, maneuvering, navigating, or driving vehicles or mechanized equipment, such as forklifts, passenger vehicles

Delivering and participating in daily toolbox talk to ensure the safety rules and regulations
