I was responsible for overseeing and maintaining the proper and complete collection of inventory data for various major retail stores, including Lowe's.

I supervised and lead a crew of up to 19 people while also working with the customer's regional, district and store managers to provide proper reports during and after the count. Once all data was collected, entered and confirmed I printed all final reports needed and created and emailed a client disk for the company. I built up a good repor with the various DMs that I had the pleasure to work with and was often requested to lead the Inventories in their districts.

• Setting up a new game plan for each job and ensuring that I have the proper amount of people scheduled and placed in order to provide the most cost efficient results.

• Helping new managers to understand the inventory collection process and help them through it with less stress.

• Keeping up with, entering and submitting the various hours and pay rates of my crew to insure they are properly paid in a timely manner.

• Training new hires and continuing to work with them on the job so that they are able to grow and be their best selves.
