SAP Implementation FileNet P8 Implementation Data Migration: TransCanada in Migration of existing business content from FileNet CS to FileNet P8 and Roll-out of new ECM (Enterprise Content Management) functionality to the enterprise. During this conversion process all the data was converted and load into new P8 database with the help of ETL Developers. ETL Developers started converting the data based on Conversion Strategy documents. TransCanada preferred to implement an SAP ECC suite to achieve higher levels of integration and improve customer relationships and the supply chain's overall efficiency.

FileNet P8 Records Management Implementation: TransCanada’s records were being managed using an older version of FileNet (called Content Services) for electronic records and iRIMS for physical records. TransCanada decided to replace both these systems and have selected IBM’s FileNet Record Management System (RM). IBM Record Management was being release to users as part of Department Roll-out (FileNet P8 ECM System).

SharePoint Migration Custom Application Testing (ICSA): TransCanada decided to upgrade SharePoint services and replace the existing internal portal as well as external portal and migrate its current internal portal from Microsoft SharePoint 2007 to the new SharePoint 2013 collaboration portal. The current external portal is hosted by a third-party provider and is based on Microsoft WSS 3.0; all content from this portal will be migrated to the new SharePoint 2013 external collaboration portal. Even upgraded the Custom ICSA application to create External SharePoint User’s, Change Password, Reset Password, and change User Information.
