Designated as Asst. Manager, the key responsibilities are as below:

Effective working of the Plant/ Machineries by ensuring safety of people, plant and machineries.

Timely scheduled maintenance of plant and machineries as per OEM to achieve max productivity.

Effective repair & maintenance of plant and machineries on predictive trouble /breakdown.

Cost optimization through proper utilization of resources, monitoring fuel consumption & data analysis.

Procurement of spare parts and materials as well as monitoring inventory stock and budget analysis.

Development of venders/ sub-ordinate for repair maintenance/ spares.

Proper house keeping in workshop /workplace area and monitoring scrap materials.

Maintaining statutory compliance related plant & machinery as per local rules & regulations. Technical skills and responsibilities

Effective maintenance of plant and machineries having diagnostic solution for Mechanical system (i.e. engine, transmission, gear box, final drive, tandem mechanism etc.), Hydraulic system (i.e. pump, motor, valves, actuators etc.), Pneumatic system (i.e. air compressor, cylinder, valves, booster etc.) and Electrical system (starting motor, alternator, PLC, wiring harness etc.) malfunctioning & assets PDM also.

Fabrication /modification of jobs related plant and machineries component as per asset/site requirement.

Erection and commissioning of component of plant & machinery.

Utilization/ trouble shooting of 2D grade control system in motor grader to increased productivity.

Implementation of digitalization (GPS, IOT gateway, Fuel dispensing etc.). One week training taken on IOT.

Training taken on process, function and maintenance of air compressor, evaporator, condenser and prime movers utilized in Cold storage plant.

One week training taken on motor grader (BEML BG605I). Other activities
