Operational Responsibilities:
Manage the daily activities of the House Keeping Department –To ensure the highest Standard of Quality
Responsible to Maintain the Service Level Agreements as per Client Requirements.
Develop and increase opportunities to train and interact with staff to ensure quality results.
Manage the pest control activities by preparing schedules, effective management of Service Provider by implementing all statutory requirement
Conduct Regular Meetings with the staffs to review, monitor, adjust and upgrade the performance of the staff, explain the new directions, policies & procedures.
Responsible for development of a service charter and service level agreement to monitor key elements of the Soft Service area and reporting to the Facility Manager.
Supervising the transportation/disposal of waste to ensure that it takes place efficiently without contaminating air, land or water resources.
