Overseas field verification and measurement surveys of tenant spaces to ensure accuracy of information.
Monitors and confirms when tenant spaces are ready for handover and conducts handover procedures.
Conducts weekly walk-thru and inspections of all tenant spaces under construction/fit-out to determined construction/fit-out progress.
Handles project bidding and cost evaluations.
Prepares all working drawing and specification.
