Construction of 3750 Cubic Meter/Hr. Water Treatment Plant. Erection of all Mechanical, Electrical equipments & Instrumentation including Chemical Dosing system, Agitators, Mud Scrappers, High pr. Filtration unit, Pump houses – having direct motor driven & VFD pumps for filtrationunit, sludge disposal, distribution of filtered make-up water of each capacity 2000 Cubic Meter/Hr.(450KW) and associated systems & shop piping.

Erection/Commissioning of Drinking Water Plant having Ultra-filtration/ Chlorination system.

Construction of 650 Cubic Meter/Hr. Sewage Treatment Plant. Erection of all Mechanical, Electrical equipments & Instrumentation including Sludge pumps, Thickener, Screw pump, Drum Filtration system, Tube Settler, Chemical Dosing system, shop piping etc.

Blast Furnace Gas Holder - 1,00,000 Nm3 thin film oil seal type, self balanced along with Oil Pump house, Oil-Water Separator system, Purging system, Spray Cooling system, Auto Vent system with complete Auto-operation.

LD Gas Holder - 50,000 Nm3 Dry Seal type alongwith Inlet/Outlet Valve (Goggle, Butterfly etc.), Radar type Auto Level Controller, WET type ESP with Dust control Mechanism, Blower house for delivery of pressurized gas, complete Instrumentation and Automation.

• Setting up Energy Management Centre :

Energy Audit of Integrated Steel Comples with emphasis on following: i. Reduction of usage of PCI at Lime Plant:- Reduced to 56 Kg/Ton of Lime from 120-130. ii. Replacement of LPG with LD gas for flaring.

iii. Reduction of LPG consumption for entire plant – from 1.74 to 0.9Kg/TCS iv. Effective control on Utilisation of BF Gas – achieved 94.6% v. LD gas Utilisation - achieved 110 NM3/Ton of molten steel vi. Reduction of BF fas at Hot Blast Stove from 115000 to 850**-***** NM3/Hr. vii. Process control for optimization of consumption of Steam, Compressed Air, Media gases like Oxygen, Nitrogen and Industrial water.

viii. Regular audit to prevent leakages & reduce wastage. ix. Achieved Specific Water consumption to 2.56 M3/TCS x. Wealth from Waste – Reuse of plant discharge/blowdown water after required treatment to achieve ZLD, 25.75% of total water consumption being recycled. xi. Electrical Power Saving

xii. Digitization – for better Process Control, Centralised data collection and control on all Media and Power,

Reduced Specific Energy consumption from 8.5 to 6.9 GJ/TCS.

• Arrangement of Construction & Drinking Water during project – Borewells, tanks and associated pipeline. Erection/construction of pumphouse, tanks and pipeline for trial run & commissioning of first BF(350M3) with borewell water.

• Steam Pipeline Network - Design, Detail Engg. - obtaining Approval from Bureau Veritas, Erection, Testing(NDT & Hydrotest), Flushing & Charging – obtaining Approval from IBR of medium pressure

(10kg./cm. ) steam pipeline network alongwith necessary expansion loop, Valves, Trap system and Insulation.

• Oxygen Pipeline – Erection, 100% RT, Pickling, Pneumatic Test, Flusing, Blowing, Cardboard Blasting, Purging with Nitrogen, Charging and Commissioning of High Pressure (25kg./cm. ) Yard Oxygen pipeline network and inside shop at SMS, BF & LRS/PCM.

• Design, Detailing, Procurement, Erection & Commissioning alongwith degreasing of Valve/ Instruments, Earth Protection, Venting system of Oxygen Line PRS for BOF Lance, BF enrichment, PCM/ LRS – Ladle preparation.

• Fire Hydrant Pipeline - Detail Engg., Technical Evaluation/ Procurement, Site Contract finalization, Laying, Hydro Testing & commissioning of fire Hydrant pipeline for entire plant and inside shop piping for Sinter, Oxygen Plant, BF & SMS.

• Project Planning, Scheduling, Review Progress – Site progress, Availabilibity of Equipments, Follow-Up with Vendors(Indian & Overseas) for QAP/Testing/Delivery at site, Ensure availability of Tools/Tackles/Machineries/Manpower(On Role & Contract) at site as per site requirement.

• Controlling work performance & monitoring work quality and taking corrective action in solving problem at site itself /for critical one taking up with vendor/consultant immediately to resolve and providing required Technical Support. Ensure no Cost/Budget Overrun.

• Ensure workplace Safety, Housekeeping, Waste Disposal on daily basis as per HSE standards.

Ensure 100% availability of Equipment through predictive, preventive maintenance and managing computerized maintenance system, SAP MM/PP module monitoring, work backlog management & deferrals and thus achieved Zero Downtime.

Reduced consumption of water from by recycling plant return water from the production area and reuse after recycling at ETP to achieve ZLD.

Set Benchmark on lowest specific water consumption of Integrated Steel Plant :- 2.56 Cubic Meter/TCS.

Water treatment methodology & treatment chemical finalization for Integrated Steel Plant including CPP and achieved 5.5-6 COC.
