Inspection for fabrication & welding of piping system as per shop & field weld details.

Various NDT procedures are prepared/verified/approved as per applicable code.

Ensure standard on-site work & where work deviated from specifications, Drawings & Procedures reporting through Non-Conformance Report (NCR) and punch list. Follow-up for NCR closure intime.

Prepare Weekly Report such as Welder Rejection Report, Repair & Penalty Report, and Repairs Rate Report etc.

Review & follow-up for approval of various third-party NDT procedures prepared as per applicable code & project specifications.

Attend meeting with client and contractors to resolve QC issues.

Co-ordinate with NDT group after determining the appropriate NDT method applicable to assess the equipment condition

Co-coordinating for the NDT Activities such as UT, RT, MPT, DPT &PMI.

Reviewing the PWHT charts cooling rate, heating rate, soaking period according to specification and approving the charts.

Witness & Reviewing the Hardness reports according to specification and approving it.

Verify that all PMI of material has been performed as per specification.

Ensure satisfactory identification of materials, proper protection of piping and fittings. Verify proper size and schedule of pipe, rating of flanges, proper flange face and fittings.

Ensure Line Pipes, Fittings and Valves, Gaskets, bolts & nuts materials are receiving -inspected as per the Inspection and Test Plan.

Preparing the punch list items as per P & ID and Isometric such as, Pipe supports, Valves, Guides, Shoe supports and NDT completion and approving/ releasing packages for hydro test.

Prepare and witnessing the Hydro test/Pneumatic test of piping, pipelines and approval.
