The NewCo project was implemented to stand up Veeva Vault system platform for Merck to be able to migrate products to a new, idependent document repository system, in order to break off some of their existing products into a new company.

Validation Lead – (Special Project Consultant-GSTI/ CGI)

Recruited at the tail end of this special project in order to help an over-budget and over schedule project get back on track and to create all Validation SDLC materials for compliance purposes.

Provided and maintained metrics and engaged all business stakeholders testing activities including test results, test case and scenario coverage, timelines, defects & observations discovered and status updates
