MEPS Superintendent / MEPS Commissioning Coordinator / Project Manager, September 2017 – Present.

• Directed the day-to-day coordination of MEP trade contractors and their sub-contractors to ensure they turned out high-quality work that met the approved project schedule and was in compliance with all project specifications.

• Created and developed documentation in order to record changes made to project work plan necessitated as a result of significant design or work scope changes.

Responsible for providing professional construction services and meeting the challenges unique to each project and project team. As MEPS Commissioning Coordinator, my duties included providing coordination and guidance throughout the duration of the day-to-day MEPS project work. I was able to perform this function by utilizing my considerable knowledge of data center construction and the personal lessons learned from over a decade of experience working on various projects. Many of these projects included aggressive schedules and were comprised of multiple complex phases of work. In my capacity as MEPS Coordinator, I remained onsite full-time throughout the duration of the project overseeing the entire electrical and power scope of work. While on-site, my primary role was to monitor and perform the necessary inspections to ensure the proper installation of all electrical work. This included overseeing the electrical contractors and working together with the Technical Services Department to ensure the highest quality of skill and workmanship was provided to all clients. Critical Systems Project / Program Manager:

Responsible for managing annual maintenance events and or power downs; which consisted of retro commissioning of the critical systems equipment at varying type facilities and the installation of new infrastructure. These duties include; but are not limited to creating detailed project plans with activities assigned to the appropriate vendors, contractors, and or engineers. Duties also included supervising and / or completing the scheduled work and verifying completion of all tasks within allotted time and budget. These projects included the installation of UPS systems, generators, maintenance and testing of mission critical system components. Project Management tasks included field supervision of service technicians for maintenance and testing procedures such as performance response, functionality and the coordination of all engineers assigned to the specific tasks while reporting back to the client and or owner’s representatives. Post project tasks included punch list, close out documentation and creating and / or reviewing the final reports before presentation to clients. Commissioning Agent:

Responsible for performing peer reviews and preparing commissioning plans, specifications and functional testing scripts. Field responsibility included hands-on functional testing, managing and coordinating commissioning activities, factory acceptance testing, performing integrated system test and site acceptance testing and the preparation of the final reports and presentation to the client and or owners’ representatives. Data Center Assistant Project Manager:

Assistant Project Manager, for the installation of (26KV-13.2KV) Medium Voltage Substations and Distribution, Low Voltage Distribution, transformers, ATSs and generators for a major 2N design data center. Duties included the management of the project administrative tasks, coordination of project meetings, minutes and weekly report, field supervision and coordination of MEP trades. MEP Project Engineer on the construction of a new out-of-the-ground data center for this financial client. The new data center is designed for a final capacity of 10MW.

Cyrus One, Somerset, NJ

MEP engineer on this project, which included the expansion of the client’s existing data center in Somerset, NJ. The new expansion totaled approximately 200,000sf and was successfully completed without disruption to the client’s active data center. PSEG, Bridgewater, NJ

MEP engineer for the construction of a new Utility Control Center (UCC) for PSEG in Bridgewater, NJ. The new facility is approximately 73,000sf and is designed and constructed to contain independent operation centers for both gas and electric utility services as well as a 2MW data center and an office space.

Project Sycamore, New York

MEP engineer on the construction of a new out-of-the-ground data center for this financial client. The new data center is designed for a final capacity of 10MW. Prior to construction of the data center, Structure Tone managed the abatement and demolition of approximately 32 buildings from the 60-acre site.
