& NICU), General Medicine, OBG, Dermatology, ICU and OPD’s of different departments at Basaweshwara Medical College Hospital and Research Centre, Chitradurga, Karnataka. During this training had an experience of ADR detection, assessment and monitoring, detecting Interactions (Drug-Drug, Drug-food, Drug-Herbal) and doing interventions, Treatment chart review, Prescription monitoring, Patient Counseling, Case studies and their presentation.
