BJ’S RESTAURANT & BREWHOUSE - MULTIPLE LOCATIONS (THREE) $1,500,000.00 Pasadena Ca is a Historical site. Not only dealing with the city building department also dealing with the Historical society. This includes maintaining the original historical look and material of the 1920’s. $2,000,000.00 projects. The other BJ’s are ground up new construcLon.

FLEMINGS STEAK HOUSE - LA LIVE. $2,500,000.00 project. This retail space was being built at the Lme. Along with the city building department we had weekly meeLng with the site contractor for schedules, quality and safety inspecLons.

KATSUYA SUSHI - MULTIPLE LOCATIONS (THREE) $1,750,000.00 project. LA LIVE locaLon was aler the Flemings steak House. Downtown San Diego locaLon was in the ground floor of the Marriot hotel. Laguna Beach Ca. This building was built in 1928. We had to seismic retrofiSed the building before we built the restaurant.

$200,000.00 dollar remodels of exisLng stores. We would do complete store remodels inside and out. The remodels would take 6 weeks to complete.

Tract Housing Developers

From 1990 to 1997 I worked for Lennar Homes, forecast Homes and Van Daele Development. With those companies I would do the offsite and on-site. We would do all the grading and infrastructure. Then start building the model homes and first phase.
