My best achievement was to be promoted to a B signatory in granting me the final responsibility to authorize the issuing of cheque books and credit cards. This position exposed me to risk and compliance management. This position further harnessed my people`s skills and ability to work under lots of pressure with very demanding clients.

I provided strong support to internal and external clients. Duties entailed cheque books, debit cards, credit card collection, issuing and replacement: Statement printouts and general customer service. I ensured that the bank`s procedures as set out in the risk and compliance manuals where complied with.

I made it my responsibility to contribute to the targets of the branch by being knowledgeable, marketing the bank`s products and services, maintaining strong client relations and assisting other colleagues to reach theirs set targets.

From 2002 I held part time jobs as waitress at various restaurants to augment my income
