Description:

The scope of the project involves from the Approval of CAD Drawing which has Designed by myself as per customer requirement and Construction of plant with labour assists including the procurement of various materials like Pumps, Blowers, Electrical panel boards,Membranes etc.. At the Finishing stage Erection & Commissioning of Developed Plant will be done at the Customer site.

Roles & Responsibilities:

As per client requirement prepare the Design with costing, and submit the proposal to client.

Providing CAD drawings of plant as per customer requirement.

Prepared the Electrical Panel bored SLD drawing.

Based on P&ID and Layout prepared interconnecting piping BOQ and generate the Purchase Intent.

Allocating Sub Contracting for fabrication work of the plant.

Pre treatment, Ro and UF through give to PLC programmed and supporting to SCADA programmer.

Run the Ro Design IMS design software, UF software.

Preparing budgetary of total Project, Prepared BOQ for Total Project,

Providing Man force on Fabrication implementation & support of the plant

Coordination with ETP Erection and commission activity and giving technical clearance to the erection team.
