1.Monitor Coordinate, Control, Manage and Develop overall parts sales operation for Abu Dhabi and Al Ain branch.

2.Manage day to day sales activities, lead and guide parts sales staff to achieve sales and Department set objectives.

3.To achieve the targeted gross margin for parts department and increase market share.

4.Full P& L responsibility for Abu Dhabi and Al Ain Parts Department.

5.To ensure operation excellence in line with company policies and guidelines.

6.Attend to customer needs, complaints, resolve related issues for continues improvement of Parts Support and customer satisfaction.

7.Ensures that high level of quality service is provided to all customers.

8.Monitor team performance on regular basis, develop, coach, motivate, recognize and assist them to achieve set targets and objectives related to key performance indicators.

9.Work closely with service manager and Inventory Manager to ensure a timely turnaround of parts required for internal jobs.

10.Monitoring work shop request with regular and close follow up.

11.Maintain a balanced Parts inventory consistent with the consumption and requirements of the customer and service departments, Promotion and Campaigns.

12.To achieve healthy Stock Turnover Ratio.

13.Work closely with other departments and After Market Sales Managers to create sales opportunities
