Developed 6 teams for Continuous Improvements on PET Blow Molding/Injection production lines. Additionally working with the Maintenance department to improve MOEE. To date MOEE has improved from 59% to 72% using 5-S process. The improvements made to date have resulted in a decrease in unscheduled downtime by 60%.
