As a Program manager consultant/trusted advisor for Business Solutions portfolio, worked very closely with Martin Brower senior leadership and responsible for the overall portfolio governance and on time and on budget delivery of several high profile, enterprise wide programs and projects for Martin Brower. Was a trusted partner to the PMO Director and was instrumental in implementing various PMO process improvements related to Global Intake process, portfolio governance, resource management using PPM tools (Daptiv, Smartsheet, Tempus)
IT MODERNIZATION PROGRAM
Global Program Manager for a multi-year (3 year) platform modernization program for Martin Brower NA, ANZ, SEA and UK/IR regions with annual budget of ~2M. Led the planning and execution of the cloud enablement of the top 3 business critical applications - Manhattan WMOS, JDE and Oracle Fusion for Martin Brower.

Project manager for a critical Martin Brower initiative for a C-Level commitment to customer to implement a global Business Continuity Planning solution for Martin Brower NA, UK/IRE, ANZ and SEA. This was a time sensitive and mission critical project for Martin Brower to ensure that operations can seamlessly flow with well thought out contingency plans and processes in case of a disaster.
Acted as a liaison between MB IT leadership team and the cloud providers to put together the recommendation on the cloud implementation for the executive team based on pros and cons and TCO
Responsible for facilitating the monthly Executive Steering Committee meetings

Successfully led large scale programs/projects on time and on budget for McDonalds which is the largest customer for HAVI. Program manager for the multi-year delivery and deployment of Restaurant Order Proposal (ROP), a system that supports demand and supply planning services for over 14,000 McDonald’s restaurants in the US with an annual program budget of 15M. Recognized on many occasions with company level awards for outstanding contributions and leadership in delivering business results with positive impacts to the company bottom line.
Was a key contributor in creating processes, templates and guidelines to address portfolio management, governance, change management and project execution. Championed the implementation of PMO best practices in the largest supply chain IT implementation at HAVI. Managed and mentored a cross functional team of Application Managers, Resource Managers and Onsite/offshore developers in a matrix organization.
