As a Program manager consultant/trusted advisor for Business Solutions portfolio, worked very closely with Martin Brower senior leadership and responsible for the overall portfolio governance and on time and on budget delivery of several high profile, enterprise wide programs and projects for Martin Brower. Was a trusted partner to the PMO Director and was instrumental in implementing various PMO process improvements related to Global Intake process, portfolio governance, resource management using PPM tools (Daptiv, Smartsheet, Tempus)

IT MODERNIZATION PROGRAM

Global Program Manager for a multi-year (3 year) platform modernization program for Martin Brower NA, ANZ, SEA and UK/IR regions with annual budget of ~2M. Led the planning and execution of the cloud enablement of the top 3 business critical applications - Manhattan WMOS, JDE and Oracle Fusion for Martin Brower.

Facilitated Executive Steering Committee meetings and presented the overall status of the program to the CEO, CIO, CFO and other steering committee members

Worked with IT leadership and 3rd party vendors to lead the discovery and migration strategy and roadmaps

Partnered with IT leadership team to build the business case with ROI for the implementation

Managed the program schedule, budget, risks, issues and resources and provided weekly program level dashboards and updates to stakeholders.

GLOBAL BUSINESS CONTINUITY PLANNING

Project manager for a critical Martin Brower initiative for a C-Level commitment to customer to implement a global Business Continuity Planning solution for Martin Brower NA, UK/IRE, ANZ and SEA. This was a time sensitive and mission critical project for Martin Brower to ensure that operations can seamlessly flow with well thought out contingency plans and processes in case of a disaster.

Acted as a liaison between MB IT leadership team and the cloud providers to put together the recommendation on the cloud implementation for the executive team based on pros and cons and TCO

Responsible for facilitating the monthly Executive Steering Committee meetings

Worked with MB IT Leads in NA, UK/IRE and ANZ to document the scope for the phased implementation

Played a pivotal role to develop the Business Continuity roadmap for Martin Brower in the event of a system outage where major IT systems like JDE, WMS, Paragon are unavailable.

Worked with Oracle (selected vendor) and MB IT to develop a detailed plan for cloud implementation.

Managed all aspects of the project from cradle to grave

Managed the successful implementation of infrastructure related performance improvements for all the 23 North America distribution centers with a budget of $1.5M. Infrastructure improvements included Network and Circuit upgrades, End User Technology improvement, Citrix Upgrade, JDE Performance improvements, Data Center Operations, ITSC improvements at the 23 US Distribution Centers

ULTA BEAUTY: IT PORTFOLIO MANAGER 07/2014 – 01/2017

Portfolio manager for the Supply Chain Portfolio responsible for the on time and on budget delivery of programs/projects in the portfolio with a budgetary responsibility of 25M. Increased responsibilities within a year with transition from the Merchandise portfolio to Supply chain portfolio with larger scope and higher budgetary responsibility. Successfully led large scale programs/projects on time and on budget for McDonalds which is the largest customer for HAVI. Program manager for the multi-year delivery and deployment of Restaurant Order Proposal (ROP), a system that supports demand and supply planning services for over 14,000 McDonald’s restaurants in the US with an annual program budget of 15M. Recognized on many occasions with company level awards for outstanding contributions and leadership in delivering business results with positive impacts to the company bottom line.

Was a key contributor in creating processes, templates and guidelines to address portfolio management, governance, change management and project execution. Championed the implementation of PMO best practices in the largest supply chain IT implementation at HAVI. Managed and mentored a cross functional team of Application Managers, Resource Managers and Onsite/offshore developers in a matrix organization.

Led the successful delivery (on-time and under budget) of a 12-year-old legacy system into an integrated planning system. ILS Convergence is the supply chain management system that enabled a single planning system for all continuous and promotional items for McDonald’s that resulted in ongoing annual savings of $2M through people, process and technology consolidation.
