Responsibilities

Responsible for quality of printed work with defended levels of authority. Ensure safety policies and procedures are met. Perform quality control of printed output, ensuring output meets quality standers.

Lead the team on assigned shift in performance of essential job functions, providing guidance and direction on operational procedures.

Hold technical discussion with maintenance team to solve m/c related problems and conduct production analysis and review.

Responsibility to arrange technical data for plates (dot percentage screen angle etc.) & aniloxes (Ipcm, volume etc.) according to the new job requirement.

Responsible to make job ready by running samples to adjust print quality, registration, color setting and ink mixing. Prepare final pre-run inspection of job and get them approved from the QA.

Minimize downtime by troubleshooting stoppages and breakdowns and coordination with maintenance team, ensure press operation by completing preventive maintenance requirements, following manufacturer’s instructions and supervise the repairs.

Member of (ISO 9001:22000) implementation team, maintain ISO standards through internal & external audits, ensure the press set up as per the SAPs and maintain documentation and records as per ISO 22000
