WELL HEAD OPERATION:

Inspection and operation of Christmas tree and flow line checkup for leaks reservoir. Operating the Xmas tree valves (swap, kill wing, flow wing, Master ). Operating of BOP(blowout preventer), Log nut. Operation of surface safety valve (S.S.V), sub surface safety valves (S.S.S.V). Opening and closing of wells Manifold operation of well diversion to main & test headers.

HANDLING Wells:

Operating of Oil producing wells PCP (progressive cavity pump), ESP (electrical submersible pump), Jet pump and Water Injection well. Start-up and Shut the well. Operating the Well in Emergency time. Handover the Well to Rigs and Giving ESD Connection. Making Wells Ready for Acidulation, Reservoir and Wireline Jobs.

PIGGING OPERATION:

Operation Of Pigging (Receiving And Launching) In All Gas, Oil & Water Pipelines. Using Foam Pig,

Intelligent Pig, Mechanical Pig with Brush, Chemical Pig.

INST AIR SYSTEM:

Handling Of 2/3 stage Reciprocating Air Compressors Single and Multi-stage Centrifugal Air Compressors.

Handling of Instrument Air Dryer and Dryer Regeneration System, Filters, Air Regulators.
