- Systems development for streamlining operations:
Developed internal procedure necessary for Internal Controls, operations management and accounting.
- Monitored and control cost. Developed Cost sheets in excel which is linked to a single sheet consist of all elements of costing for a particular shipment. One has to just enter the Invoice number and the cost sheet is ready for each shipment.
- Initiate development of ERP software for Export oriented company. Within 12 month the full operations were shifted to the ERP System. Run parallel accounts during implementation of ERP. Introduce software developer who developed ERP software which was just 35% of the cost of the related available software in the market.
- Since start never defaulted in financial reporting.
