EMPLOYMENT – COMMERCIAL STRUCTURE/HEAVY CIVIL STRUCTURES - CONSTRUCTION HISTORY A 1.5 Billion dollar Concourse Gate expansion that broke ground in May of 2018, this project will prepare DEN Airport for the future including a $3.5 Billion dollar, 5 year capital improvement project. The expansion will include: A-West 12 gates, B-West 4 gates, B-East 7 narrow body gates and C-East will have 16 new gates. The project is expected to be operational in the spring of 2020. The project includes excavations to 30’ below grade, and structural steel erection to 80’ above fire lane access. Trade Partner coordination, interface w/architect and structural and design engineers, CPM scheduling and TIA impact analysis, RFI’s and Submittal execution, overall site operations, Existing Building Demolition, Taxi-way shutdown, SWPPP control, Day/Night operations on active Taxi-ways, oversee Self-performed work, Plan T&M work and execute with Trade Partners, MDBE Mentorship/Partnering, logistic/ foreman/ superintendent/ MOT/ meeting coordination, Jet Fuel line flushing/demo/replacement and certification, Saw/Seal operations, White Paving Operation of new De-Icing Pads

The four-story 95,000 sq. ft building supports Washington’s $51 billion food and agriculture industry by providing modern research venue for faculty and students in plant biochemistry, plant pathology, horticulture and crop and soil sciences. Project broke ground in April of 2018 and will reach completion in Spring of 2020. The new structure (Design Build) was a combination of CIP Concrete and Cantilevers Structural Steel reaching height of 75’ above Fire-lane access and depths of 35’ below for basement spline construction.

The $402 Million dollar Class-A Tower - 2+U, also known as The Qualtrics Tower, is located in downtown Seattle, WA. The 527-foot-tall, 38 story tower, containing 686,000 square-foot of class-A space, broke ground in January of 2017 and is scheduled to be complete in fall 2019. The structure has underground parking to 90 feet’ in depth and reaches heights from 425 feet’ to 527 feet’ above/below fire-lane access. Interface with design/Architect and commercial development teams, Trade Partner coordination, CPM/TIA scheduling, daily schedule, Traffic control plan design and permitting, sub coordination, logistics, pile driving, mass excavation, structural, structural steel erection concrete, tower crane erection (350 /450 Morrow), Support crane erection and de-mobe (Leighberr 1400 (500t) crane 308k of weight) oversee self-performed work, SWPPP recording, change orders, RFI’s, contract preparation, commissioning, site logistics and permitting for street closures, oversee daily site operations. The $150 million 180-Megawatt capacity Denny Way Station is a new electrical substation and underground distribution network for a major electrical system upgrade for city of Seattle. GENERAL SUPERINTENDENT / SENIOR SUPERINTENDENT (adiqld@r.postjobfree.com) The$1.4 Billion dollar Crenshaw/LAX transit Corridor project Green Line is 8.5-mile light rail line with 9 stations and two Park and Ride lots. A tunnel-boring machine will bore 1.2 miles of underground tunnels that will host underground structural steel and CIP concrete stations that will be accessible from street level. In addition, there will be a host of above grade stations for public access. Underground stations will vary to depths of up to 50’ feet below grade and above stations will reach heights of 60’ above fire-lane access in multiple areas along the 8.5 mile line. Combinations of structural steel and CIP concrete with unique art features from the townships will be incorporated into the design features for the stations. The project broke ground in 2nd quarter of 2014 and will reach completion in 4th quarter of 2020.
