CONCESSIONS/STORES INSPECTOR/TAMPA INTERNATIONAL AIPORT/2017 – March 2018 (Part of JACOBS PROJECT MANAGEMENT)

Verified that Airport services were not interrupted by the demolition and construction of new concessions venues. Coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and data installations with the Airport Maintenance to ensure these services were not affected during the construction process. Verified compliance of construction documents and specifications. Ensure that Airport Maintenance inspected all new systems that were integrated into existing airport infrastructure. Participated in the daily Airport Operations meeting and briefed the Operation team on all construction activities so they could be coordinated with daily Airport operations. Conducted periodic field visits on a daily basis to verify the quality of the work being done and the safety of the construction activities. Gathered information and took photos of construction activities for the creation of a daily report using Prolog Program.

Northrop Grumman Center of Center of Excellence Project, Melbourne, Fl

Superintendent for site work, of a 157-acre campus with temporary and permanent facilities. Scope includes new primary and services entrances, security enhancements, low impact native landscaping, storm water electric vehicle charging stations, vehicle facilities, and on site/ off-site improvements.

Provide night supervision for subcontractors working third for a three-story 263,411 GSF steel structure with pre-cast concrete exterior panels building with specialized environments with workshops, labs and offices.

Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems Design/Build Project, Orlando, FL

Managed major construction and remodeling industrial project, subcontract coordination, safety implementations, field operation, interaction with the client and overall project coordination and scheduling using MS Project. Provide night shift supervision for subcontractor for a 153,000 SF and a 93,250 SF roof replacement project. The scope of both project was to remove existing single-ply roofing system and furnish & insulation, roof drains, aluminum coping, expansion joint, flashing, slip resistance walkway, roof hatch, and close roof penetrations. Re-work AHU condensate drain piping, new hose bibs, filter media for AHU outside air intake opening, abandoned piping demolition, disconnect power & controls to mechanical equipment, and provide lightning protection modifications.
