Influenced asset team to further advance production by moving forward on a 3- year stagnant project which consisted the use of Reinforce Thermoplastic pipe (RTP) technology. Ensuring that the production engineering rated models and calculations (Gas Lift design etc.) are checked and verified.

Perform NODAL Analysis using PROSPER and cross check with vendor’s NODAL Analysis. Ensuring both model’s results are close enough. Also ensuring detailed economic analysis are carried out.

Ensuring optimum completion accessories are selected by assisting vendors with technical data, in designing suitable RTP completion and installation process in the proposed well.

Ensuring well completion equipment, accessories and other long lead items are ordered on time. At the same time ensuring all the completion components are manufactured and arrange before installation window and shipped to platform on time.

Ensuring robust RTP completion installation program is written in line with asset completion operation requirement and also ensuring bridging document are completed and available in place.

Ensuring well risk assessment is carried out and make sure all the risk items such as; project team risk, timing, location (heavy lifting, well control risk), HSE issues, technical/technology Risk, etc. are addressed during the risk assessment session.

CHEVRON CORPORATION, NORTH AMERICA/ OCT 2012 – AUG 2016 PERMIAN BASIN, EUNICE, NEW MEXICO, USA - LAND BASED OIL & GAS FIELD Coordinated production and executed workover operations for multiple wells across the Eunice oil and gas field and implemented management strategies to control budgets and maintain profitability. Ensured the safest and the most cost-effective methods of optimization were utilized, while minimized the loss of production revenue by downtime reduction and outages through well surveillance, monitoring well pump performances, and troubleshooting etc.

Before Nexen, worked on various petroleum/production engineering project for a consultancy as a Petroleum Engineer. Clients were: - Shell, BG Group, BHP Billiton, Tullow Oil, etc.

PROSPER and GAP modelling included building integrated asset models in order to evaluate and recommend production enhancement opportunities.

Performed well inflow analysis and calculated skin to determine actual well performance with respect to ideal reservoir performance. This resulted in identifying production improvement opportunities for entire Shell assets in North Sea.

Performed sand failure analysis and provided recommendations on future sand face completion options, including well operating limits to prevent sand production and minimize erosion risk by erosion analysis study that predicted the erosion rate over the period of well life for current and future well stock, to fine tune the sand management plan.

Production Optimization, Well Surveillance & Production Management Experience Improved efficiency of base business (Including Well Reliability and Optimization Process) 1. Production strategies: - Worked with Control Room Operators and Operations Team Leader to draft and implement optimum and achievable production strategies based on the equipment availability, reservoir condition and flare constraint.

North Sea Experience

Job description: Project manager/completions engineer to develop detailed completion procedures for new well completions (Sidetrack) and Workovers. Served as liaison between D&C, Asset and Project Teams to identify reservoir management objectives and develop viable alternatives. Provided rig site quality assurance during execution of stimulation operations and installation of completions hardware. Provided day-to-day support to D&C Superintendent during all phases of completions and trouble shooting. Successfully completed:

Captain Water injector (C48-UM105I). Successfully completed 8 ” horizontal hole section with a sand screen completion. Achieved enhanced clean-up through jet pump flowback to improve the Injectivity index and converted the well into water injector and achieved expected injection rate. (Expected injection rate : 10,000 BWPD, Delivered injection rate: 10,000 BWPD). AFE Cost £7.8MM Actual Cost = £6.1MM 18% Under AFE, NPT = 13.6 %

Alba Extended reached well (16/26-A61z Side-track) - Successfully completed the deepest ever (at that time) Alba well ~ 20,000 ft. which included successful slotted liner, sand screen and gravel pack completion. (Expected: 8,000 BOPD, Delivered: 8,000 BOPD, AFE Cost £8.0MM - Actual Cost = £7.6 MM, NPT =17 %.

Well Work Opportunity: - Completed over 90 Major Minor Well Work (MMWW) which contributed to Eunice Business Plan and Workover Targets for past 3.7 years and became familiar and knowledgeable with the lithology, environmental hazards, artificial lift selection, frack solutions, and new technology implementation. Coordinated and performed lookbacks on small capital project MMWW and RWW for past 3.7 years for entire Delaware basin. Shared the results with peers and the Technical Team Leader (TTL) and explained which type of WO provides a more cost-effective solution in Eunice, Hobbs & Ft. Stockton area.
